Paolo’s Kitchen began in November 2008

A little history

Chef Paolo and his wife, Paula, decided it was time to share their love of cooking with their family and friends.  Throughout the year, Paolo’s Kitchen has become a house-hold name within the community and has catered many events and dinner parties.

In November, 2011, Paolo’s Kitchen evolved from being an Internet-based catering company to having a convenient new location in downtown New Providence. We invite you to visit our store on South Street, to see our daily specials and pick up lunch or dinner on your way home!

Healthy, home-cooked meals for busy families

Its original intention was to provide busy families an opportunity to eat healthy, home-cooked meals, without the pressure and time constraints of preparing them.  So, the signature items are typically designed to serve 2-3 or 6-8 people in a hurry.

Our food is delivered cold, but fresh! The only requirement is that the customers turn on their oven and wait for their delicious meal to be ready!!

Of course, hot meals are available, too!

About Chef Paolo

Chef Paolo has been in the culinary industry for nearly 20 years!  His first experiences began as a child, working in his father’s bakery.  Over the years, he has trained with culinary professionals who have taught him to appreciate rustic recipes for their flavor and simplicity.

Chef Paolo takes pride in preparing meals of high quality.  He has earned accolades for his work in the culinary field and, perhaps more importantly, the  respect of his peers.  It is with pleasure that Chef Paolo prepares meals for your simple dinners or elaborate events.  He can design menus to accommodate any occasion.
